Completion of the repair of the water line connecting Turkey and Cyprus

The Minister of Agriculture and Forestry of the Turkish Republic Bakir Pakdemirli will come this afternoon to the island of Cyprus, where the damage that occurred in the water supply project from Turkey has been repaired. Water is scheduled to be supplied to the entire country at noon tomorrow, and within the scope of the project, the pipes were flooded yesterday after the work of the repair was completed. The tubes will be installed by weight in the afternoon.
The water supply from Turkey to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus will start today at 16:00 and the water will start flowing. It had been previously announced that the clean water that would reach the island within 16 hours would be delivered directly for treatment, and that water would then be pumped to the main network within the next 24 hours.
