New decisions regarding entry to northern Cyprus. No more list of countries ABC

In line with the decisions taken by the Supreme Committee for Communicable Diseases under the Infectious Diseases Law No. 45/2018, the Ministry of Health decided to implement the following additional precautionary decisions.

1. It was decided to extend the quarantine decisions taken until November 30, 2020, until December 31, 2020 at 23:59
2. Countries previously classified as Group A, B, C will be considered according to the risk classes related to entering our country as one class as of 01.12.2020. Accordingly, the people who will enter our country from abroad will be subject to a 7-day quarantine, provided that they present the negative PCR test result that was made in the past three days, and the PCR tests will be done at the end of the quarantine.
3. People who want to come to our country for 3 days or less (except for southern Cyprus) will be able to enter the country if they present negative PCR test results and return tickets within the past three days. These people will be able to stay in the country for 3 days without quarantine if a second PCR test is performed at the entrance and the result is negative. For stays of more than three days, they will be subject to a 7-day central quarantine.
4. The routine PCR examination will be carried out on 11/28/2020-06/12/2020 for those who reside in the North and work or study in the South (and their parents). These persons are required to apply to Pandemic Hospital by filling out the form attached to the document that they will receive from the institution at which they work or study in South Cyprus from November 28 until December 6, 2020. The above-mentioned persons will be able to apply, register and provide a PCR from November 28, 2020 until 6 December 2020, including the weekend (including both dates) between 08:00 and 20:00.

5. People residing in the North, working and studying in Southern Cyprus, will be able to go to South Cyprus daily by showing negative PCR results that have been done during the last 10 days as of 12/7/2020.
6. People residing in southern Cyprus and working in our country will be able to enter our country without quarantine on a daily basis by showing negative PCR results that were made during the last ten days as of 12/7/2020, provided that they present the document they will get from the institution They work.
7. Those who will daily to South Cyprus for health, education and work purposes will be able to pass without quarantine if they document them to the staff at the border gates. Regardless of this range, people relocating to South Cyprus will be subject to a 7-day quarantine upon their return.
8. Those who will cross from southern Cyprus to our country daily will be exempt from the quarantine request provided that they provide negative PCR test results that were taken within the past 24 hours to the staff at the border gates. If they asked to stay in our country for more than one day, they would be subject to quarantine for a period of 7 days.

9. Taxi drivers who live in North Cyprus and go to South Cyprus will be quarantined for a period of 7 days on the way back if they pass for a purpose other than transporting passengers.
10. Those who have regular business and / or commercial relations in southern Cyprus and who do business within the scope of the Green Line regulation, will be able to enter and exit without quarantine daily if they document the personnel on duty at the border gates. People who will trade within the specified range will only be exempt from quarantine practices if they switch within their business hours
11. The employees who will pass through the Yeşilırmak Border Gate will be able to do so provided that they provide a negative PCR test result within the past three days. The PCR test results will not be sought from the personnel responsible for the ambulance that will pass through the Yeşilırmak border gate.
