Church bells will ring in Greek Cyprus to mourn Varosha’s opening, coinciding with Erdogan’s visit tomorrow.

Tomorrow, the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the ministers and the head of the Nationalist Movement Party will visit Turkish Cypriot Dolat Bahceli to celebrate the Turkish Cypriot Independence Day and visit the city of Marsh. Moreover, they came to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus to attend the thirty-seventh anniversary celebrations. Noting that the calls from the international community, taken by the Greek administration to prevent the visit, were in vain. The Greek press called on the Greek Orthodox Church to ring the bells of mourning for all churches across southern Cyprus during the time Erdogan will be in closed Varosha.
