Participation rate in the elections until 1:00 pm

The Supreme Council for Elections announced that as of 13:00 the turnout in the national elections was 30.17%. According to the statement, the participation rates in the directorates until 13:00 are as follows:
Nicosia 30.77% Famagusta 29.18% Kyrenia 29% Guzelyurt  29.3% Iskele 30.95% Lefke 31.82%
Regarding the photocopy of the ballot papers, in response to a TAK reporter’s question about the photographic ballot papers, Supreme Court President declared that if any photographic ballot paper is discovered before it is thrown into the ballot box, this ballot paper is considered invalid.
