Regarding education for the next semester at Eastern Mediterranean University

In light of recent developments related to the Covid-19 pandemic at the global level and in Cyprus, the Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) has taken a decision to prioritize the health of students, academic and administrative staff, as well as the quality of education.
In a meeting held on Monday, September 21, 2020, the EMU Board of Directors decided that education will be offered in an online format using digital capabilities during the fall semester 2020-2021, which will start on October 12, 2020; If necessary, various decisions are implemented upon obtaining the approval of the President’s Office (Rector) in order to better meet the request and the other educational needs of the university  / school / department / program / course.
It was also reported that the university’s board of directors could make new arrangements in line with the course of the pandemic.
