NorthernLAND Group of Companies supports Eastern Mediterranean University with Scholarships

NorthernLAND, one of the leading companies in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), has supported the new scholarship system at Eastern Mediterranean University.

On Tuesday, September 1st 2020 at 11:30 am, the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Aykut Hocanin with the Director of the NorthernLAND group Mr.Koral Bozkurt ; signed the two agreements “Grand Sapphire Student Scholarship” and “Northern Land Student Scholarship”

Speaking at the signing ceremony, the University President Prof. Dr. Aykut Hocanin said: “Today we are with a scholarship donor, philanthropist, man of a good will, and generous person. A visit by the Director of the NorthernLANG Company to our University to offer scholarships to our students throughout their education meant a lot for us. I thank him very much for his lovely and auspicious behavior. These scholarships will make a very important contribution to the education of our students. After graduation, they will grow up and contribute to their community, their families as well as our country. In this sense, we would like to thank the officials of NorthernLAND, one of the most important companies in our country.
