No more imported electricity from Greek Cyprus.The President Erdogan recommends to build two power stations in the North of Cyprus

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced, during his visit to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, yesterday, to secure two generators with a capacity of 50 megawatts of electricity to meet the country’s electricity needs, directives of the grant.

According to information obtained by the Cyprus Post from reliable sources, it is reported that President Erdogan has shown that there is no longer a need for electricity from southern Cyprus as a justification for the aforementioned grant.

According to confirmed news, the donation will be made to KIB-TEK Manager, two transformers from Turkey to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus where the generators will operate in a dual system with both LNG and diesel fuel.
