TRNC is a safe Island for students

A group of foreign students studying in the TRNC stated that they found it inappropriate for some universities to have online education due to the pandemic, and gave the message that TRNC is a safe island country that does not pose a health risk .

In their joint messages, the students stated that the TRNC is one of the countries with the lowest mortality rate due to the pandemic worldwide and that a successful fight against Covid-19 has been carried out so far, foreign students are protected during the pandemic process and that all their needs are closely taken care of, ‘Do not be afraid to come to the TRNC’ they made the call.

Cyprus, is a really comfortable place for students where I would prefer to live much more comparing to Turkey.

EMU is a really good university, it’s also well designed , the university in Famagusta is a really good place to study and it is a place where you can find a big number of students. In addition, the accommodation here is excellent. I live in POP ART dormitory, it is really good, they clean the rooms with COVID-19 rules, everyone obeys the necessary precautions.The students here are very aware and careful with the rules.

As I see Cyprus is quite good , I believe that people over here which most of them are students here fits the rules .I’ve been more than 10 months in Turkey, there is a big difference between there and here . And EMU is the best university in the Island and I am happy to study here, environment helps students to study as well . For accommodation, I am very happy to live Pop art which is the best dormitory on this island, I think I am very lucky to come here. Finally, the best thing here is that everyone follows the rules of social distance and masks. There is nothing to worry about .

It has been a week since I arrived, as far as I can see, there are too many students living here. I made good friends. I also feel safe here because everyone who lives here obeys the rules (they wear their masks, they pay attention to social distance rules). I feel very good, comfortable and safe about accommodation. Especially the dormitory where I stay POP ART is the best dormitory on the island.

Expressing that TRNC’s natural beauties, quality of education, being a safe island country and comfortable lifestyle are a great opportunity and advantage for students.
Students expressed their satisfaction with living and getting education in the TRNC , they also called the university administrations and pointed out the importance of face-to-face education and stated that if the necessary precautions are taken, it will not pose a health problem. (MHA)
